What it is
What an onboarding video does
An onboarding video introduces new people to how your company works: values, structure, rules and tools. Record it once, and every new hire gets the same clear start.
When you need it
- You hire often and repeat the same introduction every time.
- Your team works in different cities or countries.
- Your rules and processes live in documents nobody reads.
What you get
- A script built from your HR materials, checked by your team.
- A friendly, human tone instead of a policy read aloud.
- A series of short videos, one per topic, in one style, if that works better than one long video.
Delivery formats16:9 for your learning platform or intranet, subtitles, language versions.

FAQ
Before you ask
One long video or several short ones?
Usually several short ones, one per topic, so people can return to the part they need.
Who writes the script?
We do, from your materials. Your HR team checks every fact before animation starts.
Why do you show other work for this format?
We don't have a published onboarding case on the site yet. The closest work above is educational video, which uses the same approach.
How much does a video cost?
It depends on four things: length, style (2D, 3D or live action), how complex the animation is, and how many versions and formats you need. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll send an estimate with a few options, so you can choose where to spend and where to save. If you have a budget, share it and we'll show what fits inside it.
How long does it take?
It depends on the length and the style. A short explainer moves faster than a 3D product film with several scenes. You'll get a date for every stage before we start, and it goes into the contract. If you have a launch date, tell us up front and we'll plan around it.
What do you need from me to give an estimate?
Three things help most: what the video is for and where it will be shown, roughly how long it should be, and a few references you like. A brief, brand guidelines or an existing script are a plus but not required. If you're not sure yet, book a call and we'll work it out together.
How do revisions work?
Revisions are built into every stage. You review the script, the style frames, the animatic and the animation, and nothing moves forward without your sign-off. That way changes happen early, when they're cheap, not at the end. The number of revision rounds is fixed in the contract before we start.
What do I get at the end?
Final video files in every format you need: 16:9 for your site and YouTube, 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, 1:1 for feeds, plus shorter cuts, subtitles and language versions if you ordered them. Files are named and sized for where they'll live.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. We work as a production partner for agencies, including Dizarm, Inweb and Idealers, and offer monthly hour packages. See the For agencies section or get in touch.
