Znaitychat bot explainer for families of the missing
- The task
- Znaity is a chat bot for people looking for relatives who went missing during the war, civilians and soldiers. It tells them what to do, who to contact and how to file a request. Two civic organizations from Zaporizhzhia needed a short video that shows people how to use the bot. The topic is painful, so the tone had to be careful.
- What we made
- 2D illustrations and animation over the client's own voice-over, in the colours and fonts of their campaign. Family scenes open the video. Then the story moves to the bot, the organizations it connects people with, and the kinds of help it points to, such as psychological and legal support.
- The result
- Delivered for the campaign. The client said they and their partners were very happy with it, and later came back to us with a new series of legal explainers.
